Can fame make you rich? Is fame important to become rich?

A lot of people want to be famous. And we are wondering why. Fame is not that important. But once you are famous you can use it for profit.

You have fans, readers, viewers and they will like your stuff and buy the products you recommend and sell. They will want to read your blog and see the things you do and like. Once you have 5000 readers a day you can make a lot of money with blogging. Also on Instagram you can make money with millions of followers and likes. But Instagram is kinda fake. Do you really think that Kylie jenner has 360 million followers on Instagram ? 160 million followers are bought. Everybody does this, even Drake wants to look bigger on social media then he really is. But why? I mean why be so fake? They have enough money.

To be honest I prefer being rich, not famous. I would not want to be in the media all day everyday. People go talk about you and say bad things. No this is nothing for me. But most of the time these two go hand in hand. Once your famous you will probably grow rich. But this does not mean that you need to get famous. You can get rich without being famous.

I mean the founders of big companies like Tesla, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Skims, Kyliecosmetics, Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty are all famous. But of course there are also millionaires and billionaires who are under the radar. You have ever heard of James Leprino, John Tu, David Cheriton, David Sunetc? No me neither. But they are rich billionaires that dont care about fame. So dont focus too much on fame. Just find a great idea, find investors and grow rich.

A lot of celebrities used their fame and popularity to start their own businesses. Think of the Kardashians and their beauty empires. Would SKIMS be so successful if it was not from Kim Kardashian? She has the name, fame and thus the game to make money. Would Fenty Beauty be so successful if is not was Rihanna her braqnd? She has fans all over the world who would buy her stuff. Even if the products would not be that good.

So how do you feel about fame? Do you think it is important to get rich?
