Motivation. We all need it in life. Do you have a motivational lifestyle?Do you wake up motivated or do you wake up like no let me sleep?

To be honest I am not a morning person, I like to sleep till late and start my day at around 12.

For most people, getting out of bed in the morning is usually a big issue. I mean a few of us want to get out of our fluffy blankets and go to work. Morning finds most people whining and complaining that they have to pop out of bed and actually work. The day’s vibe is affected by how you start your morning and if not, careful you may find yourself having a series of bad days. Well, this article is to help you not just survive the day but enjoy your day from the time you get out of bed.

Mornings are beautiful. This is the time that the entire day is planned. If the day has to end in success, then it means that the day has to start well. If the day’s tone is set well, goals are articulated, plans are made and at the end of the day, it is a time to soak in gratitude.

If in need to enjoy a good day every day, you should have this in mind:

1.Have a good night sleep

Dr. Michael J. Breus for the Huffington Post tells us that for anybody to wake up refreshed, you have to sleep for about seven and a half hours. If possible, you have to purpose to sleep well, in order to be able to wake up in the morning.

2. Drink water

Your body loses water when you sleep making you feel weak as you wake up. Taking water each morning when you wake up flushes toxins out of the body and is making it possible for the lymphatic system to remain balanced. As a result, the immune system is boosted again, which makes the body feel energized

3.Make your bed

You may wonder what making your bed has to do with motivating yourself, but it has every day to do with it. Let your sleeping area remain a sleeping area but not a working place. Open the window and breathe fresh air which improves the pressure of your blood and makes you feel refreshed. Your light receptors in your eyes, communicate with your eyes to say that it’s a new day.


Meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes every morning by sitting down in a quiet place and listening to your heart. There are many ways to meditate but one of the best is to listen to what God has to say. This is a time when you give God the innermost of yourself. You can decide to have time to pray, or just listen to what He will tell you.

5.Eat a good breakfast

You need enough energy to get throug the day and the only way to do this is by eating a well-balanced and satisfying breakfast. A good breakfast each morning boost’s your brain’s power and helps you to focus well. So this is a must-do! (oops, I never eat breakfast actually). I only lunch.

6. Good music

Music has a powerful influence on human beings. It can reduce anxiety, lighten your mood as well as boost energy. Music is very good for the brain. Listen to music that you like.
