10k a month with blogging. Is that possible?

Everybody wants to make money online nowadays. These are the days that everyone is on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. So we found another way online: blogging.

But what about blogging people? Did people forget about blogging?

To be honest I am glad about it because there is more room or opportunity for me on blogging ways.

More “room” on Google means more money for me!

People think blogging is like a diary where you write about the things you love and people read it. But blogging is something else in 2023. You have to handle things differently. Make your blog more like a brand, a concept.

At the end of the blogging is all about getting traffic. Traffic means money.

The way to get the most traffic is through Google. So what do you do with your blog? You write for Google, you write information that people are searching for.

You don’t write about your mommy life or other boring stuff and the things you do on a day. No you write about famous people, about famous brands, about entrepreneurship, about how you got rich etc. You teach people something. A skill you already have. You bring some value to Google and your blog.

To be honest we don’t make 10k a month with blogging (not yet!). But we are putting our hope out for it. Or working hard for it. I think blog has a lot of potential to become the next hudabeauty.com which has 1 million visitors a month, 10 year after launch.

This blog is new. I started with it a 1 year ago. But we do know if we keep writing, keep focussing on good content, focussing on good SEO. keep promoting our blog that we can reach a lot of people/readers and once we get more readers we can monetize the blog.

100k pageviews? Expect to make more then 2k a month just with advertising. 500k pageviews? 10k a month at least! 1 million unique visitors a month on your blog? think of 30.000 dollar or more a month with advertising only.

And no, not with Google Adsense. But with premium advertising networks like Mediavine and Adthrive. The best ones out there. These networks pay more then Google Adsense. It all depends on your niche and traffic, but you can think of 15/20 dollar for every 1000 pageviews. It can be more depending on your blog niche. Finance always makes a good amount of money with ads so our next blog will be a finance blog for sure.

But this is only with advertising. Have you ever heard of affiliate marketing and sponsored content?

Affiliate marketing is a big business online and can you earn you a lot if you know how to handle it and if you know what to promote. You will have to know your audience, their interest etc.

If you want to know more about making money with affiliate marketing we suggest you to take this course. It will teach you everything.

There are bloggers out there that focus only on affiliate marketing and make 10k a month with this only! Some bloggers just don’t like these ads on their website. But to be honest to make a good amount of money with affiliate marketing you will need a lot of traffic. Like 100.000 unique visitors a day. Not just 10.000 a month. So before you also focus on affiliate marketing, focus first on your blog traffic. Sales comes later.

Then there is also sponsored content. Brands pay you to promote their product on your blog. They want a good review or a nice article about their brands or product. This is the same as with Instagram and YouTube. This can also make you a lot of money. Once you have more then 100k pageviews you will get emails for sponsored content. But you can also reach out yourself to brands. We must say that sponsored content is more for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok these days. The influencers marketing strategy has shifted a bit.

So the best strategy to make 10k a month or more is to combine all these ways of making money online. So focus on premium ads, affiliate marketing and sponsored content.
